Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs?

Yes we do shipping to PO Box and APO addresses, consumers should fill the shipping info in the comments of the order, so we could assure the best delivery for you.

What is the way you ship?

We strive to ensure secure shipment methods.

• We do not write the company name or other contents related to pharmacy  medications on the package.
• We use to change the shipping way regularly, for security  reasons
• The orders we ship  are small, so to ignore unwanted questions. If the purchase is big, we will make two or more orders, all together for one cost.
• We use the boxes more then once if they match with the order, we try to protect the environment.
• We ship from many countries of Europe.

Do you ensure your packing, what about customs, what happens if the package is retained?

We care about our own security system, we ship the order as safe as we can. In case the order is grabbed by the customs, you should send us all the particular impound notice coming via customs or perhaps FDA so we could ship the order at no charge for you personally. The client must check the particular impound correspondence and deliver to this address [email protected]. We are able to send an additional order just once.

We have a shipping cost of about 25$. 

Is the delivery sure?

We do our best to pack your order very safe in the most secure way. We avoid packing the products in their own boxes, to avoid a large volume. We do not show the company name on the package and we ship from different European countries. This way we ensure a safe way of delivery.

Do I have to sign for shipping?

We ship through Registered Regular Airmail, so the package could be tracked and for security reasons, you should sign when it arrives.

How much time does it take for ordering and shipping?

From the time you have ordered from us, we will send you the payment instructions. After we get the founds, we pack your order in 1-3 days.

The order will be shipped within 12-30 days, except weekends. It may happen that the delivery to be late with 25 days because of the customs or mail inappropriate delivery.

If the order did not arrive on time, you must write to us about this situation, so we could process another order for you for free.

When I will receive my package receipt?

What is a Semi-Shipped order?

Semi- shipped is the status for the order that is divided into two or more packages, that are in process to be packed.  The packages will be shipped with a delay one from another so the arrival date will be with a couple of days later.

Can the packages be trackable?

We do not share tracking number for security reasons. To check the time when the package will arrive, you should see your order history from your account.
